Family Admin & Life Organizer (Weekly Swiss Support)
Hello! I’m a foreign mom living in Geneva with two young kids, overwhelmed & exhausted and one element I like to get in order is the always piling admin.
Living abroad means juggling new systems, paperwork in French, and a mountain of little tasks that easily slip through the cracks (like uploading invoices to the health provider’s app 😉).
I’m looking for a Personal Assistant who can come once a week at a fixed time to help me:
• Sort and organize paperwork & emails
• Follow up on bills, insurances, school admin, etc.
• Store documents properly (digital & paper)
• Help us track with deadlines and reminders
You are:
• Fluent in French, Organized and structured
• Comfortable with Swiss administration and paperwork
• A friendly, understanding person who likes to bring a order into chaos
• Digital skills to put (banking) process in place
• Empathic (not judging the overdue things, rather enjoying helping to get out of it:-)
